Very tasty cuisine and attentive service. You just feel good there.
A wonderful evening with great food and attentive and skilled service! We look forward to the next visit. Clear recommendation!
Occasion menu for at home during corona / collection: The woman of the house is very friendly and charming, even if you come from the side of the city and therefore do not immediately discover and use the output window. The menu was very well presented and tasted very delicious. The PL ratio is correct. Top.
Very good products / wine, delicious food and excellent service. We had a nice evening!
Not only the food, but also the welcome, the ambience and the hospitality were excellent. You felt like friends.
It was a nice evening. Tiny. Nice dishes.
Cosy restaurant run by a lovely couple.
Very nice, small restaurant with friendly owners. The appetizer at the culinary city tour was great
I had a very nice evening after spontaneous reservation. Great menu, very good, personal advice, consistent wine. Small and fine, I felt very well!
Very good food in a pleasant atmosphere with a good price / performance ratio
Had a great dinner with a lovely and warm hostess and host who know every offer on their map perfectly and to explain something of concern to explain. There I chose a promising, on request also from course to course flexibly exchangeable menu on the good tradition with easily controllable, but already interesting innovations. The menu, as I had previewed online, was always short. But the wine and drinks menu is quite extensive. And the sovereign preparation and wine accompaniment (at a fair price) have crowned everything. After a hearty mini vitello tonnato as welcome (for me the desired preparation for alcohol) came the noble fish stew, so the soup course first. This "stew" was again somewhat deceptive in the name, but not negligent in the quality. Because he was not cooked in one run, but "put together" with broth and deposit. But the clear fish soup stocked at the table was just overwhelming in taste. Also the deposits - shrimp, scallop, trout fillet and ... fillet of red mullet? Here I have not pressed it - were all nice and fresh, slightly stunned with flour or lightly breaded and perfectly glassy fried, reminiscent of the Hamburg fish pan, but as an extra fine version at the ideal cooking level. The different flavors of the fish and seafood remain fully recognizable even after searing. Exciting until the last catch from the "fish bowl". The roasted duck foie gras was slightly crusty on the outside and pink-delicate on the inside. The aroma of duck fat was round and clean. Fully satisfying. Personally, I found the liver terrine a bit too alcoholic. I said that to the landlady. She answered that the team was trying to do it with another fortified wine. Impressive. And after I asked for the meaning of "Morio" to the jelly, I also got a no Morio nutmeg, which is considered a so-called bouquet wine. The faultless, pink roast venison and cream chanterelles were further proof of the reliable culinary art. The innovative strawberry dumplings were no highlight, but also no weak point. For dessert, I chose mocha crème brûlée with calamansi sorbet - the advice from the landlord regarding the bitter notes in the citrus fruit was convincing. Also, after Kit-Kat, I'm skeptical of pink or "ruby" chocolate. However, I was also a portion of three kinds of chocolate (white, pink new breed and brown) on my request "vorbeigezeigt" and chocolate granules of the respective varieties for tasting, also a further round presentation presented by the chef to the surprise. What more did you want? Testing is always fun. And in the meantime, I have too often forgotten: It is basically no less fun to be directly spoiled and convinced.
Very nice staff, very well selected dishes. Compliment.
Very good food and drinks, competent and personal advice.
Great food, nice ambience, very friendly service!
Very nice, friendly and attentive service, great food just fantastic and the atmosphere was right ?
Small and very nice! Real service and an artist behind the stove. Definitely reserve.
Very fresh products. Unusual creations. Combinations of different tastes. Only plates, but worthwhile. Quaint ambience and great service. ?
It's been better and above all cheaper! The desert was totally broken down. Nothing was right there, just the price. The calamari starter for 13 euros was overpriced.
Ordered the Easter menu from Clyne with my wife today and found again that Clyne is a culinary Clynod. I just don't know what I was more happy about; each course has surpassed the next. Perhaps the octopus salad was the crowning glory for me or was it dessert? Not to forget the friendly, friendly service.
Good food and atmosphere. A little bit pricey.
Very small restaurant with exceptional food and crying. Highly priced. The facilities and premises didn't appeal to me so much due to the close proximity of 10 guests.
So, who wants to go to Speyer very good food, is in good hands here. The selection of dishes is small (about 10 dishes, one of which can be one, but that's just how it is when everything is fresh) and very fine. The owner cooks himself and the owner works in the service. The wine list is very well sorted (many local wines). I was on business a lot in HH and had searched in Speyer nor the restaurant that not only Saumagen and Bratwurst (I also like to eat :-) offers, but "upscale" kitchen. Main courses between 18 and 27 €. Reserve at the weekend in any case!
